Objet : Doutes et inquiétudes face à mon sujet de mémoire
Bonjour à toutes et à tous,
Je suis actuellement en Master 2 de droit public (spécialité collectivités territoriales), et je travaille sur mon mémoire de fin d’études. Mon directeur m’a proposé mi Mai un sujet assez large : les politiques territoriales de santé, avec une liberté d’approche (acteurs, outils, coordination, déserts médicaux, etc.).
Sur le fond, le sujet est intéressant et d’actualité, mais je dois avouer que je ressens une certaine inquiétude. J’ai peur que le sujet soit trop vaste, de me perdre dans trop de notions, ou de ne pas réussir à apporter une vraie problématique ciblée. J’ai également peur que ce genre de sujet est bien vu, ou s’il risque d’être jugé trop large et ça me déprime.
Un autre étudiant avait déjà fait un sujet en 2022 axe sur la place des collectivités sur la politique publique de santé. Je voudrais m'en écarter pour éviter de devoir tout répéter
Bref, j’essaie de cadrer les choses avec un plan solide, mais le doute est là, surtout avec les échéances...

Ensuite, nous ne sommes pas sûrs d'avoir bien compris ta problématique : tu souhaiterais complétement abandonner ce sujet pour te diriger vers autre chose ? As-tu d'autres idées de sujets en tête ?
Ou bien as-tu simplement peur de ne pas savoir comment traiter ce sujet ?
Peux-tu partager l'ensemble de ces inquiétudes avec ton directeur de master ? C'est certainement la personne la plus compétente pour t'aiguiller en la matière 😉.

That's a really good question. I've been blown away by our own community in our Discord and our live BnS NEO Divine Gems player base - they're really passionate. They're excited about Neo, they're still eager to play Live, but will try out Neo for sure. I can't predict whether they'll leave Live behind as they're still so passionate, but of course they're going to try Neo and make their own decision on what version is right for them. The two versions are wildly different, so that's a question that'll be answered shortly.
If we look at the community, a lot of the hype has been from returning users joining our Discord, who maybe tried Blade and Soul back when it launched, have all of these great memories, and they're back to see what this new game is all about. But also, it's been interesting to see a lot of new players who have no idea what Blade and Soul is. So we have a lot of potential with people who missed it There are new generations that have missed it, they weren't here for the beginning of the MMO rise, so it's been important for us to realize there's a massive market for new players as well.
Also, if I may add to the Purple thing, we've been using Purple for a year plus, all three of our games and a mobile game we have all exist on Purple. So it's kind of an old hat for us, but it's getting new features that we're excited to show to a new audience.
It's an interesting debate, whether or not to keep your own games on a dedicated launcher to create a hub for fans of NCSoft, while taking into account the potential loss of players that decision may bring. It's especially interesting that Throne and Liberty's PC release and it's initial peak of 333,000 players doesn't appear to have shifted NCSoft's own philosophy when it comes to other MMO releases. That's an audience that Amazon clearly wanted to tap into with its involvement in the release, but given that figure has dropped siginificantly since then to a steady 30-ish thousand concurrent, perhaps there's merit to building your own platform. Would those dedicated Throne and Liberty fans be any less eager if they had to boot up Purple? Something to think about.
Nevertheless, buy Blade and Soul NEO Classic Divine Gems is launching on Purple on February 25. It's not touched on in this interview too much, but the game does really seem like a great jumping on point for those unfamiliar. We'll have another interview feature on Blade and Soul Neo out tomorrow, so keep an eye out if you want to read more about the release.
If you're searching for spoilers, I have none for you. We were awarded a timed 20-minute demo that took us out of a location, to the overworld. I played Diablo 4 Gold different times the Barbarian, the Sorceress, and the Druid. I began at a grave other animals of the catacomb and skeletons.
I crawled through a bloody hole in the ground full of skulls to make it to the surface. As you might suspect, the world is a great deal of ordinary and farmland individuals just trying to get in a land. A good deal of landscapes that were given a touch of gray faded, as if the life has been sapped out of it.
When I made my way back I told what had happened there, receiving a reward and a girl about the catacombs of her family. Then I found a house with a boy raving mad about something, which directed me to the docks where the locals feared something had gone awry. (I took on this mission all three times to test things out) Once I make my way up to the shore, I enter a cave that was flooded and has now become a series of temples to explore.
I came across a bog witch after fighting some enemies down here of your Diablo variety. She had been three times my size and twice as successful. This is a mission I came close to beating my own twice, but her attacks came in so frequent it was apparent I needed more time for a strategy, I had to find some help.
Overall I liked the presentation. This felt like I moved back using travel options and a cleaner landscape, into cheap Diablo 4 Gold. The random experiences were not overpowering and trendy. It was nice know that if I wished to, then I could just follow them on whatever mission they had been working on and to see other players. The NPC experiences are exactly what they are, rather individuals hanging out awaiting you to come do something. But it is a demonstration, so I'm going to forgive them and see prior to the game comes out, what happens in the remainder of the development. However, the images were pretty awesome.
Unique monsters will no longer drop more than 50% gold, and act bosses and map bosses are guaranteed to drop at least one rare item. These changes aim to balance the risk-reward dynamic, ensuring that tougher encounters feel worthwhile and that POE 2 Currency Orbs players have more consistent access to loot essential for crafting, upgrades, and trading in the game's economy.
Another area of concern addressed by GGG involves dodge rolls. Players reported frequent instances of being trapped by monsters, leading to unavoidable deaths. While GGG maintains that getting trapped is an intentional part of the game's design, the frequency was deemed excessive. Adjustments to dodge roll mechanics will make it slightly easier for players to escape tight situations without removing the underlying challenge.
GGG is also actively rebalancing skills that are considered overpowered. For instance, the Raging Spirits skill will be nerfed to limit players to summoning five spirits per cast at all levels. Additionally, spirits can no longer be summoned from triggered Fire Skills. While these changes are aimed at balancing gameplay, they've sparked calls from the community for a full character respec option to allow players to adjust builds affected by the nerfs.
GGG is rolling out changes in phases, with patch 0.1.0c addressing many of the immediate concerns around loot drops and gameplay mechanics. Players can expect more updates as GGG continues to gather feedback and refine the game during Early Access.
